- Overall, October 2012 was a GREAT month for sales, more sales $ than October 2011 & 2010.
- Again, the # of listings is the lowest it’s been at this time of year than it has been over the last 5 years!
- Sales to date, higher so far in 2012 than the last 4 years
- What’s selling? In October, TOWNHOMES had great sales, also SINGLE FAMILY HOMES & CONDOS also did quite well. Suprisingly VACANT LOTS had great sales as well….in a nutshell, everything is selling.
