Let’s take a look at the real estate stats for November 2012, and compare it to previous years:
- Overall, November 2012 was very comparable to November 2010 and 2009. There were slightly less sales in units sold, but there was a higher sales $ amount
- The # of listings is MUCH lower than it has been over the last 5 years!
- Sales to date, higher so far in 2012 than the last 4 years.
- What’s selling? In November, the big story was the movement of the uber expensive chalets, this skewed the #’s a bit but it’s good to see the big stuff moving!
