Well, we wrapped up 2012 and 2013 is off to a great start! Being the end of 2012, I have not only Dec 2012 stats for you, but I have Annual Statistics for the last 10 years for you as well.
December 2012 was a reasonable month:
– Similar sales volume, in both $ and # of units, compared to December 2011 and December 2010.
– The # of listings continues to be dramatically lower than this time for the previous 4 years.
– What’s selling? In a nutshell: Everything. Nothing stands out at this time.
Yearly Stats, 2012:
– Highest sales, in both $ and # of units sold, since 2008.
– Highest Median Price of Sold Chalets since 2004.
