– Check out the July Stats PDF, a ton of useful information!

– Higher sales in July 2015 vs. July 2014 in all categories (Detached, Condos, Townhomes).

– Most notably the sales were significantly higher for detached homes.

– The graphs show the market is slowly shifting from a pure seller’s market, to a more balanced market.

– Despite the graph showing a shift to a more balanced market, the benchmark price and price per sq ft is still on the rise!

– Lack of supply and high demand = prices are climbing.
