  • July 2020 Overall = 30% 
  • Detached homes = 23% 
  • Condos = 26%
  • Townhomes = 43%
  • Higher than last month = 22%
  • Higher than July 2019 = 13%
  • Higher than the 5yr July average = 25%
  • Higher than 10yr July average = 18%

**Buyer’s market = <12% / Balanced market = 12%-20% / Seller’s market = >20%**

Sales:

  • July 2020 Sales = 70
  • Higher than last month = 52
  • Higher than July 2019 = 36
  • Higher than 5 yr avg = 56
  • 20% higher than 5 yr avg
  • Higher than 10 yr avg = 47
  • 33% higher than 10 yr avg

Inventory:

  • July 2020 = 235
  • More than last month = 232
  • Less than July 2019 = 272
  • Higher than the 5 yr avg = 232
