  • 71% higher than 10 yr avg

Inventory:

  • Sept 2020 = 216
  • Less than last month = 224
  • Less than Sept 2019 = 272

In a nutshell
The Squamish market is pumping! Highest September for number of sales in the last decade, that’s a pretty clear description of the market as a whole right now.
