In a nutshell
What a difference a couple of months can make! The market went from having (by far) the lowest YTD sales in the last 4 years to the highest YTD sales in the last 4 years, in the matter of a few months. September $ of sales looks like it almost doubles the majority of months in the last 4 years, and is clearly the highest month of sales in the last 4 years.
