In a nutshell
November was yet again another banner month. The strongest November in the past decade in the Whistler real estate market. 2020 YTD sales are now the highest they’ve been in the last 4 years, and inventory is down. Things should quiet down over Christmas, I expect January to keep a strong pace but only time will tell.
