In a nutshell
Strongest January in Squamish real estate history! Lower sales than December, but still extremely strong. Inventory is drying up, demand is strong, prices are rising. Inventory is the lowest it’s been at this time of year in the last decade, it’s the same as it was in 2016. In 2016 prices spiked, we could see the same for 2021.
