In a nutshell
What an interesting picture the Aug stats paint. Lower sales (lowest # of sales for an Aug in the last 8 years, not including 2019), but such low inventory (lowest Aug in last decade by far) that the sales to active ratio (what percent of the inventory sold last month) was the strongest Aug in the last decade. Wild.
