  • Detached homes = 10% 
  • Condos = 27%
  • Townhomes = 14%
  • Same as last month = 18%
  • Lower than September 2021 = 58%
  • Lower than 5yr September average = 30% 
  • Lower than 10yr September average = 25%
  • **Buyer’s market = <12% / Balanced market = 12%-20% / Seller’s market = >20%**

Sales:

  • September 2022 = 36
  • Lower than last month = 40

Inventory:

  • September 2022 = 201
  • Lower than last month =220
  • Higher than September 2021 = 117
  • Lower than the 5 yr avg = 222
  • Lower than the 10 yr avg = 312

In a nutshell
Low number of sales, but inventory is also low, giving us a balanced market.
