  • June 2024 = 10%
  • Detached homes = 4% 
  • Condos = 15%
  • Townhomes = 10%
  • Lower than last month = 14%
  • Lower than June 2023 = 27%
  • Lower than 5yr June average = 18% 
  • Lower than 10yr June average = 20%
  • **Buyer’s market = <12% / Balanced market = 12%-20% / Seller’s market = >20%**

Sales:

  • June 2024 = 33
  • Lower than as last month = 46
  • Lower than June 2023 = 49
  • Lower than 5 yr avg = 42
  • 21% Lower than 5 yr avg
  • Lower than 10 yr avg = 47
  • 30% Lower than 10 yr avg

Inventory:

  • June 2024 = 329
  • Lower than last month =333
  • Higher than June 2023 = 182
  • Higher than the 5 yr avg = 260
  • Higher than the 10 yr avg = 279

In a nutshell
June was a slow month in Whistler! Sales were far lower, inventory is higher, and sales to active ratio much lower than the 5 + 10 year averages.
