  • Nov 2024 = 15%
  • Detached homes = 7% 
  • Condos = 21%
  • Townhomes = 18%
  • Lower than last month = 18%
  • Same as Nov 2023 = 15%
  • Lower than 5yr Nov average = 24% 
  • Lower than 10yr Nov average = 27%
  • **Buyer’s market = <12% / Balanced market = 12%-20% / Seller’s market = >20%**

Sales:

  • Nov 2024 = 41
  • Lower than as last month = 53
  • Higher than Nov 2023 = 34
  • Lower than 5yr avg = 57
  • 28% Lower than 5yr avg
  • Lower than 10yr avg = 55
  • 25% Lower than 10yr avg

Inventory:

  • Nov 2024 = 273
  • Lower than last month =291
  • Higher than Nov 2023 = 227
  • Higher than the 5yr avg = 264
  • Higher than the 10yr avg = 235

In a nutshell
Sales were a bit less than the 5 + 10 year averages, inventory was similar to the 10yr Nov average, but lower than the 5yr average. Sales to active ratio, lower than the 5 & 10 year Nov averages, but about the same as the last 2 Novembers.
