  • Dec 2024 = 21%
  • Detached homes = 20% 
  • Condos = 21%
  • Townhomes = 25%
  • Lower than last month = 25%
  • Higher than Dec 2023 = 14%
  • Lower than 5yr Dec average = 40% 
  • Lower than 10yr Dec average = 34%
  • **Buyer’s market = <12% / Balanced market = 12%-20% / Seller’s market = >20%**

Sales:

  • Dec 2024 = 29
  • Lower than last month = 47
  • Higher than Dec 2023 = 21
  • Lower than the 5 yr avg = 39
  • 26% Lower than 5 yr avg
  • Lower than the 10 yr avg = 37
  • 22% Lower than 10 yr avg

Inventory:

  • Dec 2024 = 140
  • Lower than last month =190
  • Lower than Dec 2023 = 156
  • Higher than the 5 yr avg = 123
  • Higher than the 10 yr avg = 139

In a nutshell
December was a bit quieter than average levels, but busier than the previous 2 Decembers. Seems like it’s picking up in January though!
