  • Dec 2024 = 14%
  • Detached homes = 5% 
  • Condos = 21%
  • Townhomes = 14%
  • Lower than last month = 15%
  • Higher than Dec 2023 = 11%
  • Lower than 5yr Dec average = 21% 
  • Lower than 10yr Dec average = 22%
  • **Buyer’s market = <12% / Balanced market = 12%-20% / Seller’s market = >20%**

Sales:

  • Dec 2024 = 33
  • Lower than as last month = 41
  • Higher than Dec 2023 = 25
  • Lower than 5yr avg = 38
  • 13% Lower than 5yr avg
  • Lower than 10yr avg = 40
  • 17% Lower than 10yr avg

Inventory:

  • Dec 2024 = 235
  • Lower than last month =281
  • Higher than Dec 2023 = 222
  • Higher than the 5yr avg = 219
  • Higher than the 10yr avg = 200

In a nutshell
December was a bit quieter than average levels, but busier than December 23, about there same as the previous 2 Decembers before that. Seems like it’s picking up in January though!
