In a nutshell
The stats showed January as being close to average in sales, but slightly above average for inventory levels. The market feels stronger than that, maybe it’s just because we are coming out of a slower period. We are now mid February and we are seeing multiple offers for well priced properties, and higher priced homes getting picked off as well.
