- Higher than last month = 17%
- Lower than October 2024 = 24%

Sales:
- October 2025 = 48

Inventory:
- October 2025 = 222
- Lower than last month =253

In a nutshell
The stats show that sales were lower than average (last 5 & 10 year Oct averages), inventory was higher, and sales to active ratio was lower than average. But, it felt very different in Oct, especially for detached homes. We saw limited inventory and multiple offers for the right homes listed at the right price. Condos are pretty slow, definitely some good deals to be had there. Q3 numbers are higher for 2025 than 2024, a very different story to most markets around us.
