  • November 2025 = 16%
  • Detached homes = 8% 
  • Condos =24%
  • Townhomes = 11%
  • Lower than last month = 18%
  • Higher than November 2024 = 14%
  • Lower than 5yr November average = 28% 
  • Lower than 10yr November average = 28%
  • **Buyer’s market = <12% / Balanced market = 12%-20% / Seller’s market = >20%**

Sales:

  • November 2025 = 50
  • Lower than as last month = 53
  • Higher than November 2024 = 41
  • Lower than 5yr avg = 53
  • 6% Lower than 5yr avg
  • Lower than 10yr avg = 56
  • 11% Lower than 10yr avg

Inventory:

  • November 2025 = 309
  • Higher than last month =299
  • Higher than November 2024 = 286
  • Higher than the 5yr avg = 226
  • Higher than the 10yr avg = 232

In a nutshell
Overall the market is quite a bit slower than average, and inventory is quite a bit higher than average. There could be some good buys over the winter!
