In a nutshell
In general, lower sales and higher inventory than what the average has been for this time of year. This is only the second time in the last decade that inventory for Feb is over 300.

In a nutshell
In general, lower sales and higher inventory than what the average has been for this time of year. What’s moving? Detached homes around $1.5M-$1.6M seem to be getting snatched up quickly when priced sharply for the right home.

January was a pretty good month for real estate in Whistler! 40 sales, inline with the 5 & 10 year averages and the highest Jan since 2022.

In a nutshell
January was sssllllloooooowww. 11 sales, the lowest amount for a January in at least the last 10 years. Starting to feel like things could pick up, but we are right on the cusp.
