The story of the current market conditions is:  Multiple offers!  Over the past month I’ve been in many multiple offer scenarios.  Subject free offers usually win, even if the offer price is not the highest!  Be prepared and let me help you get to the point where you can write a subject free offer (or as few subjects as possible).

April was a busy month, I had 9 deals “go firm”!

April 2015 Stats:

– Higher sales $ in April 2015 than April 2014 + April 2013.  About $11M more sold in April 2015 than April 2014.

– Higher YTD Cumulative sales in 2015 than this time in 2014 and 2013.

– Very low # of listings.

Lack of supply and high demand = prices are climbing.
