The new development in Squamish – Jumar has an update. There will be a realtor event on Wednesday March 28, 2018, at this time we will have pricing and floor plans (which we will release at that time). What we know at this point:
- Realtors will have first crack at appointments with their buyers, these appointments will be March 31st and April 1st, 2018 from 12pm-5pm.
- Deposit information: 20% total despots, $5k upon writing, the balance of 10% within 7 days of subject removal, 5% around 4-6 months later, and the last 5% 60 days after the 3rd deposit.
- There will be 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom units. Each unit will have one parking stall, only 5 extra parking stalls will be available for purchase, the first options for these will be awarded to the 3 bedroom units.
