Overall what’s going on:
WOW. October was ridiculous. One of the best October’s Squamish has ever seen for real estate sales. What does this mean moving forward? Usually late fall sales start to slow down in Squamish, but not this year. I’m feeling a bull movement in the Squamish real estate market currently that could lead to a surging market in 2020. BUT, you’ll just need to wait for the next real estate update to find out!
