July 2013 was a good month for real estate sales in Whistler:
– Sales overall $ and # sold were dramatically higher in July 2013 than July 2011, and slightly higher than July 2012.
– The # of listings continues to be DRAMATICALLY (check out the graph below) lower than this time for the previous 4 years.
– Cumulative $ sales for 2013 is higher than 2011, 2010, and 2009.
– What’s selling? Chalets, condos (both phase 1 & 2), and lots.
